Do you ship to my address?

We ship everywhere! UK shipping is £5 and all other countries are £15.

If you are based in the UK we post all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) and everywhere else is sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (up to 7 days).

Please allow 1-3 days for me to process and ship your order too.

Can i return an item?

If you’re not entirely happy with your ‘ready to ship’ order and you wish to return or exchange it please email coylestudio@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we can arrange it from there. Please note, the customer is responsible for the postage on any returns/exchanges.

Once we receive your item for the return or exchange we will inspect the item and the refund/exchange will be discussed and issued accordingly.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on made to order or custom items and all sales are final - we are a small business and can’t afford to do returns on bespoke or one of one pieces.

Please feel free to contact us before making your purchase if you are confused about anything regarding returns/exchanges.

My item is faulty, can i return it?

If you believe that your order is damaged or faulty please contact me on coylestudio@gmail.com within 14 days with your reasoning and any images that may help. We can resolve the issue from there.

can you do custom pieces?

If you see a piece on our website that you like but you want it in a different colour or different sizing please drop us an email on coylestudio@gmail.com with your ideas and we’ll see what we can do!

Please note that custom orders take more time and we have to order in yarn specially so there may be some additional costs.

How long will my ‘made to order’ piece take?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for all made to order pieces from the date of purchase. You will be notified when your order has been posted.
